2. Receive an offer

We will offer you a 'list price' for your home which is typically between 70% and 88% of today's full open-market value (ie the value you could hope to achieve when selling through an Estate Agent over a 6 month period).

3. Offer terms

As part of this offer we pay all of your selling costs, so that you receive every penny of the offer price. There are no Estate Agent fees, and we pay your solicitors' fees at all .

4. Accept the offer and exchange contracts

If you're happy with the offer we make, we will come and meet you personally. When we come to meet you, we will exchange contracts to formally purchase the house.

5. Receive your money

As soon as the contract has been signed by both parties, we will instantly transfer the funds to your chosen bank account.

6. We'll buy any property

We buy properties irrespective of their condition, so there is no need to decorate. As you may understand, our offer price will partially reflect the condition of the property, but that is by no means the only thing we take into account.

7. All done

if you accept our offer you can consider your house sold, and we usually complete the entire process in 3-4 weeks.
